Shop Local, 2019

Tasked with promoting the ‘Shop Local’ campaign for West Suffolk Council, Louise worked with a group of students from St Benedict’s Catholic School. In celebration of the market’s diverse cultural street-food students designed a booklet full of budget recipes from around the world. Students explored local produce, pricing, designed and trialled recipes and worked on graphic identity and marketing. A craft booklet was also made for young children.  Promotional initiatives included free booklets, craft demonstrations, free taste-testing, a market-themed treasure hunt and prize give-aways.
